How to Prepare for Your First Visit
A little preparation makes your visit smoother. Complete our intake form online if possible so we can verify insurance ahead of time. Bring a photo ID and your insurance card. Wear loose, comfortable two-piece clothing such as a shirt with pants or shorts (avoid dresses or tight jeans). Business attire is fine if you’re coming from work.
What to Expect
After check-in, Dr. Dixon will take time for a thorough exam and begin care during your first visit. Most visits last 45-60 minutes, and if imaging is needed, it can be available for same day results. Care plans are personalized based on each patient’s needs, with guidance and recommendations to support progress between visits.

We’re in network with many plans including VA Community Health and accept auto accident cases. Payment is simple with ChiroHealthUSA, CareCredit, HSA/FSA, Apple Pay, or major credit cards. Free parking, handicap accessibility and convenient bus access make it easy to visit.
